Covering vet bills from apartment fire

Donation protected
Hello everyone, this is our cat Tchotchke. As some of you know, on March 7th, 2024 the restaurant below our apartment, Charred, caught fire and spread throughout the building, destroying our unit.
Tchotchke was trapped inside the smoke for over 2 hours. When we finally got her out we rushed her to the vet where they put her on oxygen and took x rays, it came to over $600. The vet called us 30 mins later and told us she needs emergency vet care because they didn't have enough resources, so we rushed her to the Niagara emergency vet and the deposit was just under $3000. Tchotchke is g to be ok, the vets called today and updated us but they have to monitor for another 12 to possibly 24 hours just to make sure the smoke didn’t cause any serious damage.
update: They had to keep her for longer so the bill keeps increasing. We will hopefully get her back tonight (March 9th) but they might need to keep her another night (3 total ).
We sadly lost all of our stuff in the fire and we have to purchase clothing / food / glasses etc out of pocket because our building is too damaged / unsafe to enter, so it’s going to take a while to get back on our feet. We don’t have the resources right now to pay for all of this at once, so we are unfortunately asking for some assistance.Anything helps, thank you so much!
