Help. I was in the hospital for about a week and then recovering at home for two more. I just came in to work and have discovered Leave Without Pay was entered for the whole time despite my explicit request to use my PTO accrual to cover. This will be fixed, but it will take about a month, and I need to cover rent. Missing one and a half paychecks means for sure eviction for me. I used up my savings on the meds I now need to live, the first rounds of follow up appointments, and the first round of hospital bills. Help. I just need to make rent for August. Not even asking for the total I will be losing from missing one and a half paychecks I just need rent.
