Covering moving costs

Hello, my name's Evan. Some people reading this know me personally, some might not. I'm 28, and currently stuck living in an far less than ideal part of California. For most my life now I've kind of been stuck in limbo after one unfortunate life event after another stacked up to keep me in poverty, run-down, burnt-out, and all-around just not really 'living'. I've even had a couple of chances to get out in the past, but they've more or less all slipped away from me because of one reason or another that was out of my control.

I have an opportunity to change that by moving out east to Indiana to live with my girlfriend, Rae. She makes me happy beyond words, and I can see myself having a genuine future with her that just isn't really possible if I stay stuck where I live now. Unfortunately, even though we aren't planning to move any of my furniture and can likely fit all my things in both of our cars.. moving cross-country is still an incredibly expensive undertaking. Couple this with the fact that I'll be quitting my job, and likely unemployed for a bit while I adjust to my new place of residence, and it's going to be tough to fund. On top of this, she's facing a medical issue that will put her out of work temporarily recovering from surgery not long after I get settled in there. Which is why I'm asking for help from anyone willing to give it. Ideally I'd be looking at moving out sometime by the end of February if outside circumstances force us to go early, or by the end of March at the latest.

I realize times being what they are that people probably can't really afford to give much, but literally any little bit will help. I'll be saving money myself and selling some things I don't need, but anything people can give to make this move more feasible for us would be vastly appreciated.
