Hi, my name is Lavender and I am raising funds to meet the memorial service expenditures of the sudden death of my dad on Jan 6, 2023. This will also be used to meet the food costs of 500 guests who are expected to show up at the memorial service.

My father became a faithful son and servant of God all the days of his life, preaching and telling others the Good News of his Savior—Jesus Christ in India. From one divine encounter in his dormitory room of engineering college where he encountered God, to the very end of his life, my Father never looked back or turned away from our Lord despite so many challenges & difficulties he faced in his ministry. One thing he would often quote to me & my brother when we were growing up was, “What certificate would God give you when you meet him on that glorious day”? This has helped me personally to avoid some major bad decisions in life. I know my dad ran his race well and will receive his crown from the Lord. I also know he is rejoicing above, playing his guitar in the presence of God.

(II Timothy 4: 7-8. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing).
