Covering expenses surrounding the loss of Gail

Hello,

My name is Jonathan Graham and I am fundraising on behalf of Jose Barnes. Jose lost his mom Gail Ballinger suddenly on May 22nd, 2023. Jose and Gail were both students at Motlow State Community College, which is where I first met them. Jose and Gail are such beacons of light. They embodied positivity, kindness, and truly made an impression with all faculty and staff at the college. Jose just turned 20 years old this past February, and he now finds himself in a place where he has no home, no transportation, and no income. I am working with him to secure housing, helping him build a resume, and helping him look for employment. He will eventually need to get his driver's license and secure reliable transportation to make it to and from his future employer. There are a handful of people who are trying to help Jose get on stable ground at a time where he feels the weight of everything on his shoulders. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help raise money for Jose to purchase a used vehicle, which he will need for employment. Any little bit helps. Thank you for taking the time to learn about Jose's circumstance and the recent loss of his mom, and former Motlow student, Ms. Gail Ballinger.
