Help Dean Smith keep his "home dancing" while he recovers
Donation protected
Dean is a self-employed construction worker who has sustained a major injury on the job. Our family is the first to offer help when others are in need, but now we need to ask for a helping hand. Recovery will be 3 to 5 months. To keep Dean’s home dancing without him, it will cost us about $20,000 between medical bills, house upkeep, and monthly bills.
Dean’s accomplishments include three children, who will hold down shakedown street while he is recovering. Family is first, and his kids have always made him proud. Our 3 kids, always ready to step in and lend a hand no matter the circumstance, need some hands to grab hold of.
Kelsy is an 18 year old senior in high school, working while balancing school and volunteering with Witches Kittens. Evan is 19, a volunteer firefighter, an Army National Guard member, and works with Dean in construction. Avery works full time, lives 45 minutes away, and is still rocking it as the big sister that keeps a protective eye over her family.
It took Dean and me a village to raise our three kids, and we are calling on our village to help us navigate this recovery. Any and all help is a appreciated- a kind message, a hug, a donation or share. Thank you all!
