Hi everyone. Anyone that knows me knows I don’t like asking for help and would much rather be in a position to provide it. Unfortunately, my 16 year old daughter has been battling a cancer diagnosis since October 2022, and it’s caused both me and my wife to miss a lot of work.
We recently found out that after dealing with the first 4 grueling months treatment, the cancer is still detectable. This is forcing us to switch treatment course to an even more physically taxing approach. The new course will require even more hospital stays and more missed work. The process is expected to take about 8 months.
The money collected will be used to take care of medical expenses, food, and other expenses that will arise. This will also allow us to replace some of the money we had set aside for her for college that we were forced to use to cover expenses.
This is truly a humbling experience and I understand that anything given during these times is a sacrifice and for that I thank you in advance. For those that can’t give cash, positive thoughts and and prayers are always appreciated.
