Covering bills for Richard Szymkowski

Hi, my name is Sara and I am helping to raise money to help Richard Szymkowski with his blessing, who was hit inside of a work zone on I-90 West bound in Westlake, OH in the early morning hours on 06/20/2023. While working with a road crew laying out lane lines, Richard was hit when a car drove in to the work zone. The driver of the car did not stop, but instead decided to flee the scene. He has sustained many very serious and life altering injuries and has made it through one of many surgeries he will have to endure throughout this long healing process. These funds are to help cover the cost of his monthly bills and care for his two cats that he loves dearly. Richard is always so willing to help others whenever he can and this is now our opportunity to help him in return while also showing him good people still exist in the world. I will update this account as I can and with what information that Richard allows me to share. Thanks!
