As many know, Richard’s cancer has returned. He has been diagnosed with myeloid sarcoma, a form of leukemia but in solid tumor form. He was admitted to Barnes Hospital early August 2024. He immediately started chemo and radiation. The plan is for Richard to undergo salvage chemo/intensive chemo, which will require him to stay in the hospital for at least a month.

Richard will then prepare for the transplant which will require another lengthy inpatient hospital stay, with numerous follow up appointments.

The purpose of this page is to build a support fund to cover unexpected travel and medical expenses that Richard and Beth will have during this time.

We are so grateful to those who have reached out in support already. Any contributions made here will help alleviate some of the burden these unexpected expenses will place on them.
