This is Rocko and he needs your help! He is a 2-year-old German Shepherd that is all around a good boy! A good Samaritan found him with a broken tibia. One of our wonderful veterinarians is placing a rod in his leg today, which is understandably a pricey surgery. We are asking for donations to help with surgical costs.
