Hi, my name is Sarah.
I am fundraising to cover my cat’s medical bills. His name is Pitufo.
I am in my third year of college and I am working but I do not have enough money to pay for Pitufo’s medical treatment. My family is low income and cannot afford to assist me.
He was diagnosed with urethra obstruction, cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), and onset kidney failure. These conditions cause pain, discomfort, and can become life-threatening in a matter of days.
I have visited 5 animal hospitals in my area and only 1 was willing to take him in for hospitalization and at lower costs. I am doing my best to apply for financial aid and pet medical assistance but have had little success.
He has had x-rays, ultrasounds, blood tests, and urine tests done. He has been on IV fluid therapy. He has been prescribed several medications and a prescription diet. He has gotten a Perineal Urethrastomy surgery because his urine continues to get blocked.
He is only 1 year old, and was a happy, healthy, cuddly little guy before he got sick within a couple of days. Please help me pay for his hospitalization, medications, and surgery by sharing or donating. Anything helps, thank you.
