Cover Medical Expenses for Coach Jeremy

Coach Jeremy was volunteering to help out a youth hockey team over the Labor Day holiday weekend when an unfortunate accident occurred. During the on-ice practice, he lost his balance and fell backwards, his helmet came off during the fall and his head made direct contact with the ice. The heroic efforts of the other adults on the ice kept him stable until the paramedics arrived. He was rushed to the hospital, underwent an initial surgery to stop a bleed in his brain and to try and repair his fractured skull. Unfortunately, the swelling to his brain did not allow for the repair of his skull. He is currently in the ICU and will require future surgeries and has a long road to recovery.
Coach Jeremy is a great coach and loves to teach young players the fundamentals of the game as well as an overall love for the game. He is the first to volunteer for any event or to help other teams when in need. And he stands by the moniker - we do it for the kids! He also makes sure that everyone is laughing and having a good time, not afraid to be goofy or silly.
Coach Jeremy will be out of work for an extended period of time as he awaits further surgeries and then time to recover. Your support would mean so much to Coach Jeremy and his family as they navigate the next couple of months.
