Cover medical bills for Deb Lenthall #BlixinZim

This Go Fund Me page is for our good friend, Deb Lenthall, or as everyone calls her, Debs. My name is Sasha and my daughter is Roxy (or CapK and RoxyRoo as Debs calls us because she gives everyone a nickname). Debs is a missionary working at an orphanage in rural Zimbabwe. She works with teen girls thru bible studies and mentoring, as well as training teachers at a primary school.

My daughter and I traveled to Zim on 4 separate occasions and have become great friends with Deb. It is hard not to be her friend. She has a quick wit (a spiritual gift I believe) and a contagious laugh. Her smile can light up a room. She knows how to make people happy and tries to do so, just ask Roxy! She is quick to call out behavior that does not honor God, in others as well as herself. Her faith and pursuit of truth are an inspiration. All traits which make her so good at her job working with the girls' ministry and the elementary school. She has shared her home and her life with the girls she works with, and they adore her for it. She challenges them when needed and is that 'Auntie' figure to the girls there. The place you can go when you need to talk, vent, find encouragement, or laugh! We had the privilege to get to work with Debs, take some fun trips, and spend time talking, laughing, and seeking God's will for our lives together. My daughter, who has Downs Syndrome, loved spending time with Deb. Who wouldn't like someone who lets you paint your hands and feet and make prints everywhere!?!? And her artistic skill is amazing. Debs made a decoupage butterfly on the wall in my bathroom in Zim out of pieces of broken tile and mirror, it was amazing! That sums up her gift, with art and the girls she works with; taking that which is broken and finding the beauty in it. Debs was recently married as well and has begun a new adventure in her life.

Recently, she was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. Treatment is available, however, funds are needed. There is no medical insurance in Zim and no medical treatments are given unless payment is made at the time of service. I am asking for your help. Please join me and Roxy in helping pay for Deb's medical expenses. Estimate of what services will cost are:
