Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Our dear friend Brenden’s has faced an unimaginable health emergency. Just today, he was suddenly airlifted to Sydney for urgent medical care. He is in an induced coma since last night. He is now in RPA, far from home, with no close family or immediate support nearby.

Due to the nature of his injuries and to how it has happened the family have requested that they not be mentioned for privacy and legal reasons.

Anyone who knows Brendan knows his generous spirit, his humour, and the way he is always there when others are in need. Now, it’s Brendan who needs us.

This unexpected crisis has left him not only fighting for his health but also facing financial strain. With the costs of travel, accommodation for loved ones to be near him, and the many expenses that come with being away from home during such a critical time, we are reaching out for help. His recovery will be long and he won’t have financial support for the rehabilitation still to come.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards easing the burden—ensuring Brendan can focus on what matters most: his recovery.
