Last May 2021, my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate cancer. It really shocked us because he was always an active and healthy guy, but we began the treatment process at the Cancer treatment centers of America. As the months went by, his condition was stable, and he continued working. But as time passed, treatments changed, chemotherapy started, and we saw the treatment took a toll on his body. Through everything, he still worked full time, ran his business, and had a smile on his face in every situation. He found so much joy in work and providing for his family. It was not easy watching this happen, but we continued to trust God through the process and lean on those close to us for support.

Two weeks ago, things changed as my dad was admitted to the hospital because he bumped his head, and the persistent pain made it hard to do day-to-day activities. He was admitted to the Neuroscience ICU at Froedtert that day. Tests were run, surgeries took place, and we faced the truth. The cancer was causing a constant cycle of problems that his body wouldn't be able to recover from. We made the hard decision to make him as comfortable as possible, and he passed away on August 18th.

We are overwhelmed by the love and support we receive from others and your willingness to help us through this. It's hard to say how to help at the moment with all the final arrangements coming together, but easing some financial burden would mean so much to us. We realize this was a shock to most people, but all your love, kind words, food, prayers and company have meant the world to us. Any money raised here will go toward his medical bills and funeral expenses. We are so blessed to have every one of you in our lives.

A celebration of life will take place at Elmbrook church on August 23. The viewing will be from 4-6 pm, and the funeral will start at 6 pm. Burial WIll be held on August 24th at 10 am at Graceland Cemetery.
