Cover Luis and Paloma's Medical Costs

Hi! I'm Jasmine. Luis is my dad, and Paloma is our family dog (and Luis' best canine friend).

On September 13, my dad experienced a severe medical emergency requiring paramedics and a local emergency room trip. I can't express how terrifying it was to see him in his initial condition, not fully knowing what had happened to him and what his condition would be when he regained consciousness. Thanks to the medical staff that quickly tended to him, he made a remarkable recovery and was able to return home the next day. He is home now and on a long but optimistic path toward healing.

Around the same time, his beloved dog Paloma experienced a ligament tear in her left hind leg. Although her vet hoped the injury might heal on its own, a recent checkup has indicated that she'll need surgery.

My parents are both retired, and the unexpected medical costs from both my dad's hospital stay and their dog's injuries will take a significant toll on their nest egg.
