Legal Bills, to Evict Companion after Disabled Senior Died

Donation protected
For the past Nine years, I have been caught in a legal battle that began after the Death of a Disabled Senior tenant I was Caretaker to for many years. I helped her hire a series of Companions, but after Senior's death, the last Companion refused / stalled / Etc to leave the apartment. Since then, she has been living there as a squatter paying zero rent, even with a Court Stipulation from 2017. The case has dragged on endlessly in Supreme Court. Legal Aid has been changing the Lawyers several times and filing last-minute motions to stall the proceedings, The squatter claims she doesn't have to pay Stipulated rent because the post office is inconvenient.

Despite the Senior's documented disabilities, including both hip replacements, the squatter called it a slight limp. Legal Aid recently filed a massive 516-page, 41-issue counter argument just days before the last court date. The previous 4 month delay was a Motion filed 60 days late, on a Friday afternoon, on a holiday weekend for a Tuesday Court date.

Planned Poverty, Continiously Under Employed and refusing to rent out the 2nd furnished Bedroom, so Legal Aid Self Certifies her as "poor" to qualify for Taxpayer funded Legal Aid.

This ongoing legal fight has taken a huge toll on my family. I have significant outstanding legal bills and have already tapped into my kids' college funds to cover costs. Now, my children are working to pay for their community college. The funds raised through this campaign will help me cover these urgent legal expenses and outstanding bills.

There is no reason for this case to continue, the filed case was destroyed at Deposition 5 years ago. Plus the new nutty story instantly generated on the spot.

Why are Taxpayers paying for these rotating convoluted stories by Legal Aid? Why are new convoluted / contradictory items added to the case years after it was filed.

I'm reaching out for support to help end this ordeal and protect my family's future. Any help you can offer will make a real difference, and I am deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity.
