Cover for Sergio’s tragic accident.

Hello everyone. My name is Luis Chavarria and I am doing this gofundme in support of my nephew, Sergio Cortez. He suffered a major motorcycle accident in Mexico, and is in very critical conditions. His wife (Nancy Castro) had to fly out leaving her two babies behind due to the unexpected emergency. Sergio’s skull is shattered into pieces and is going to need multiple surgery’s and is battling for his life. Unfortunately, in Mexico, all medical expenses have to be paid upfront prior to receiving any type of medical attention, so we are very humbly asking for any type of monetary donation to help cover medical expenses. We have faith that with God and all the support, Sergio will be able to come back home with his wife and kids.

Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Luis Chavarría y estoy asiendo este gofundme en apoyo a mi sobrino, Sergio Cortez. El sufrió un accidente de motocicleta en México y esta en una condición muy crítica. Su esposa (Nancy Castro) tuvo que viajar y dejar a sus 2 bebés por causa de la emergencia. Sergio tiene todo su crania quebrado y necesitará múltiples operaciones y se esta debatiendo entre la vida y la muerte. Desafortunadamente, en México todos los gastos médicos tienen que ser pagados por adelantado para poder recibir la atención médica. Es por eso que con toda humildad estamos pidiendo cualquier tipo de donación monetaria, para cubrir los gastos médicos ya que serán gastos grandes. Tenemos fe que Dios y que todo su apoyó, servirá para poder traer a Sergio de regreso con su esposa e hijos.
