I am Donna Farar, raising funds for my nephew, Farar Rose. He has had 6 admissions to hospital in as many weeks. They finally did surgery on him and had to remove a foot of his small intestine. Thirteen years ago, he had surgery to remove a foot from his colon. He runs a very large campground with tents, tiny houses and RV pads. He will not be able to work for at least 5-6 months, which leaves the work to his wife and 18 year old son to handle it all. He is also facing 2-4 more surgeries once he heals from this most recent one. He is a hard worker and this is driving him crazy, not being able to work. They have also been without hot water for months in their home. They heat their home with pipes under the floors that are heated by a now defunct water heater. So, without replacing it, they will be pretty much without heat this winter. So, they are facing huge medical bills, a possibly harsh winter on the river and the challenge of making money for the rest of the summer. Some of you know Farar, and others know myself, my daughter Phaedra and my son, Clay Rose of the Gasoline Lollipops. We are asking whatever you can afford to donate, whenever you can afford to donate to this very worthy, hard working human being to sustain himself and his family.
