Hi my name is Katie,

If you know me, you know I’m stubborn to a fault. I show up. I work through pain. I downplay things until I physically can’t anymore. Unfortunately, I’ve now hit that point.

Due to a recent injury, I’m currently unable to work. As a self-employed business owner, that means when I stop, everything stops. There’s no sick pay, no safety net, no “we’ll cover you for a few weeks.” It’s just… pause. And bills don’t pause.

Foxhie is my heart. It’s more than a studio, it’s how I provide for my children and keep a roof over our heads. Being forced away from it right now has been devastating emotionally as well as financially.

This year has honestly felt like one hit after another. Health setbacks, hospital admissions, and now this injury. I keep telling myself I’ll bounce back like I always do, and I will. But right now, I need help bridging the gap while I heal properly and safely.
