Cover costs while I'm off work having chemotherapy

Hi I'm luke unfortunately I've foundyself fighting stage 3 bowel cancer at the age of 41. I found out I had it December 2023 and was operated on to remove my traverse colon down to my small intestine in March 2024 unfortunately biopsies found it had started to spread hence why I'm undergoing chemotherapy. Life's a daily struggle as it is but being off work when self employed is terrible as I've no income at all now. I tried to claim some help through government but they don't give you anything and my current savings are bare hence why I'm asking for a little help on here anything anyone can spare will be so appreciated and help me stop stressing about bills hopefully I'll smash this chemo and be back at work in no time but docs tell me it's 6 months of chemo and will take 6 months to fully recover from that. I've never asked anyone for anything before always worked hard to get anything I need. My wife has been my rock and tells me not to worry but I can't help it
