Cover cost for Major Dental Surgery

Hello my name is Amanda. I am creating this GoFundMe to beg for help because I am desperate and in constant excruciating pain. I need to have Major Dental Surgery right away and can't afford the out of pocket cost that is not covered by Dental insurance. I know that this time of year is difficult and everyone is struggling to get by just like me and my family are and truthful just missing 2-3 week's of work to recover from this surgery is going to devastate my family financial. But I can't eat, talk, or sleep at this point. I am sincerely desperate to get this surgery done and finally not be in such horrible pain anymore.
