UPDATE: We are truly grateful for all the support you all have poured into Cassi's family!! While, Dana Hamlin with Local Helping Hands Foundation, Inc., a long time family friend of 3 of 4 of Cassi's parents, hosted the fundraiser, now that donations are off, we have added her step-mother, Kasey Cronk (better-known as Kasey Taylor), as the beneficiary. Travis and Kasey (Cassi's dad and stepmom) will transfer the funds and they will be split and/or disbursed as needed between them and Dana and Scott Burke to ensure that Cassi receives the best services and honors in two different communities mourning her tragic loss. Any funds left over, if any, will be utilized by her parents to reconcile any medical bills or debts Cassi's accident may have incurred, any further funds can be used by them for loss wages as they navigate this tragic event.

Local Helping Hands Foundation, Inc. is hosting this fundraiser for the family of Cassi Taylor. Cassi was the 20-year-old daughter of Dana (Scott) Burke and Travis (Kasey) Taylor. Cassi was tragically killed in a car accident last night, August 30, 2026. Cassi was an amazing young lady with a heart of pure gold who will dearly be missed.

With this unexpected event, the family has incurred unexpected funeral expenses. Cassi had wished to be cremated, and the cremation alone is right at $2,500. We would like to set a goal of $7,500 to cover the cost of the cremation, as well as have a nice service, purchase a nice urn, and assist with any incurring costs or lost wages from work.
