Cover Brenda’s Hospital Bills

Hi! My name is Mia and I’m 20 years old. My mom, Brenda, is 48 years old, and she’s one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. She has been in the hospital since Christmastime battling persistent medical issues that came about very suddenly. Her and our family have been trying our best to adjust to the changes, especially with the lack of income from my mother being unable to work at the moment. My family and I are currently having to go back and forth between our hometown of Knoxville, TN and Durham, NC where my mom is currently staying in the ICU at Duke University Hospital as she waits to be evaluated for a transplant. We are fortunate to have medical insurance but of course, the plan only covers so much. Any assistance would be appreciated to help our family cover the upcoming medical and travel expenses.
