My name is Sara. I'm a 38 year old mom of 5 and I have the most wonderful fiancé. I have been out of work since October 5th due to cancer treatments. It's stage 3 vaginal, a very rare and hard to treat one. I do have faith that God is healing me and it's all in his time.

Unfortunately I haven't been with my current company long enough to have any paid leave of absences. I have applied for various government assistance programs and am still waiting for an answer.

My oncologist doesn't know when I'll be able to go back to work. We are on the last available treatment to try, nothing else has worked so far.

If this round of immunotherapy doesn't work (if my insurance covers it) I'll have to move to Scottsdale for a clinical trial for a different immunotherapy treatment. My family has to stay here and continue life as usual.

Please pray for me and my fiancé. We have been going though the wringer medically the entire year of 2022. As soon as one is well enough to get back to work the other one ends up in the hospital with the same reoccurring issue. He is such a fighter and I'm so proud of him.
