Hello, my name is Maritza, and I am fundraising to cover Archie’s(my service dog) medical procedures.

You always hear about these awful and terrifying stories, but you never think it’ll be you. Unfortunately, Archie suffered an accident last week, where he fell from the second story of a building(14ft high), landing on a concrete surface. I rushed him to an emergency hospital where he spent 4+ hours undergoing a series of tests(blood work, ultra sounds, X-rays, etc). I am so thankful to God, that Archie not only survived such a frightening fall, but that he is expected to make a full recovery with the proper treatment and care. With that being said… the treatment for Archie to make a full recovery comes with a hefty medical bill of over $6,000. Unfortunately, his insurance will not be covering this bill, so I will incur this expense in order to make sure that Archie has the best recovery.

I know it’s a lot to ask of you all, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for anything you are able to contribute
