Dear Friends & Family,

My best friend and co-worker Courtney Dyer, needs financial help. During the federal layoffs in February, Courtney's position as an Interpretation Ranger in Yosemite was terminated, as were her federal benefits, including medical. During that time, she was rushed by ambulance to the ER in Fresno for a burst ovarian cyst. While receiving medical care and surgery, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She is 29 years old.

Fortunately, her ranger status was reinstated, along with medical coverage. However, the $5,000 charge for the ambulance was not, and has put undue stress on her while going through treatment. It is my hope to help her through any and all donations. I so appreciate your consideration and generosity.
