Courtney Whitehead Hope Scholarship

Courtney’s family and friends are creating the Courtney Whitehead Hope Scholarship as part of Resurrecting Hope to honor her life while benefiting those struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.

Resurrecting Hope is a non-profit 501(c)(3) created by the founders of Birmingham Recovery Center, an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program in Birmingham, Alabama. Birmingham Recovery Center understands the complex nature of healing addiction and believes that every person deserves the opportunity to live a life of recovery, regardless of their financial situation. Resurrecting Hope’s purpose is to offer scholarships to those that need financial assistance with different aspects of a recovery journey, such as sober living, residential or outpatient treatment, or medical expenses.
