In June, Courtney underwent a double lung transplant at the Royal Papworth Hospital after being diagnosed with PAH (PVOD). Tragically, despite a four-month battle in the critical care, she passed away on Friday at the age of just 22. We are currently raising funds for her funeral to provide her with a last farewell. The extended period of being by her bedside has drained the family’s financial resources, as they were unable to work during this time. Our final wish is to ensure she receives the best funeral possible.
