Courtney Hall was a beacon of light in our world. His sudden loss is a devastation that ripples throughout our country, felt by all whose lives he touched.
The depth of his kindness, the reach of his laugh, and his unwavering capacity for love were truly boundless. A giant, literally and figuratively, the moment he entered a room, it instantly became brighter thanks to his signature, ear-to-ear smile and genuine joy at being surrounded by friends and kindred spirits. In all that he did, he worked to make the world a better place: Courtney was a husband, father, son, an athlete, an activist, an investor, and a role model, and brought his dedication to create a promising future to each role.
He believed wholeheartedly in the eternity of the soul. There is no better way to help ensure that his legacy is eternal than to honor the way he poured himself so generously into others by pouring ourselves into the next generation of his family, his living legacy, and 13-year old daughter Jayden. After completing his career in the NFL, Courtney returned to school to earn his JD/MBA, and by contributing to Jayden’s scholarship fund, we pay tribute to all that Courtney shared with us through friendship.
