Courtland “CJ” Crosslin Medical Care

As most of you know Courtland “CJ” was Seriously injured in a senseless act of Violence he was attacked by a coward with a MACHETE. He has lots of injuries on his shoulder, back, Plus multiple others all over his body. Also his hands in which he is not able to use at all , that we are still unsure if he will ever be able to use again ( Praying he will). He does not have insurance and needs to been seen for follow ups,he has his first one with the surgeons In the upcoming day. This appointment he really needs to attend. He has to have $600 just to be able to go in to the appointment. We were told from the hospital that he is not eligible for Tenncare which is crazy to me being he is disabled at the moment, at this point we don’t really know what to do but to reach out for help from friends , family and the community. If you can help in any way no amount is to small and every dollar helps. Please share this everywhere and let’s help him get the follow up care he needs.
