Court Houston, owner and operator of ABTC Kennels in rural Pekin, Illinois, is facing a tough, tough battle....literally fighting for his life and his livelihood.  Sadly, and tragically for him and all of his loved ones, including his wife Karla, and his two young children Landon and Rowan, Court is facing an extremely serious battle against Cancer.    His medical bills are expected to be astronomical and as Court earns his living building and operating his kennel, his ability to maintain or increase his income has become vastly diminished.

Court has a love and passion for animals.  He grew up in Delavan, Illinois and years ago,  went to New York to study and become a certified dog behavioral specialist .  He returned home to Illinois to buy a property and build a kennel facility where he could live his dream of working with animals.   Those of you that have been his loyal customers for the past 15 years know the wonderful care he provides to the animals that are entrusted to him.

Court is a good man, with a kind heart and a sweet soul.  As he fights for his life, for his family and for his business, we are hoping that for all those who know and love him, for those that have worked with him or entrusted their beloved animals to him, and for those of you who want to pay it forward, this is a good family who earnestly needs help.

Court's cancer battle will be tough.  His cancer is Stage 4 and will entail multiple rounds of chemo and other treatments, so please join us in propping this wonderful family up in their time of need.   We appreciate your prayers for recovery and any financial assistance will help them defray their medical costs and keep the kennel operating while Court is sick.
