Court for guardianship

My name is Faith Baltzell, I’m creating this GoFundMe for my mom Gracie Baltzell to help with costs of court, here is some background information to the story; My oldest son Preston Baltzell was in a car accident back in December of 2023, since then he has been in the hospital unconscious. As of right now I’m trying to get granted guardianship him, this way he has someone to speak on his behalf as he is unable to do so and this way we don’t run into any issues in the future if someone is needed to speak up for him although he’s over the age of 18. This unfortunately comes at a cost, and while trying to come up with the money for this, I have two other children at home that are both disabled. So this is just an ask for help to pay the court cost to get this figured out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
