Courage for Cameroon
Donation protected
Hello, please let me introduce you to Shanella. She is a 14 year old teenage girl from Cameroon in West Africa. Shanella was born blind and recently developed a tumor on her right leg that resulted in amputation. In recent months, there has been concerns that the tumor may have been cancerous and spread. To find out, Shanella would need to get a scan that her family cannot afford. Most importantly, Shanella needs rehabilitation post surgery.
In Cameroon, when children need medical care at this level, hope for survival is often completely lost. Families are forced to accept that their child will lose their battle. We are creating this Go Fund Me page because we believe that this does not need to be the case for young Shanella. We believe that hope still exists.
Please consider giving generously to help Shanella get a scan, receive medical care, and buy daily necessities like a new wheelchair, which her family cannot afford. In this time of uncertainty, help us give Shanella, her family and her caretakers hope.
Your generosity and willingness to pass this message along is greatly appreciated.
