Courage for Court (Courtney Scott)

We've launched this fundraiser to help assist my sister Courtney Scott, her husband, and her beautiful boys as she battles stage 3 anal cancer.

Her Story:

About a month ago, Courtney started to experience uncomfortable symptoms and sought medical attention. She visited with numerous doctors and eventually had surgery that unveiled an array of issues which included some concerning spots on her anus. The biopsies confirmed a cancer diagnosis.

In the midst of coming to terms with the diagnosis, scheduling many appointments, and figuring out next steps she is trying to manage the pain she is in. Some of the other issues have landed her in the hospital for days at a time with uncontrollable bleeding, blood transfusions, and other procedures/tests.

Given everything she's been going through she has not been able to work and the family relies on dual income for their home. Henry has been essential with her care while also trying to keep things as "normal" as possible for Hayden and Sawyer. We're seeking donations in any amount to assist them during this time while also providing the care, support, and funding we can as a family. We want her to be able to fight this without worrying about other life stresses.

Courtney is strong as hell and will come out on the other side stronger than ever.
