On February 4th our beloved brother, Cody Reed suffered a horrific motorcycle accident in Palestine, TX. Cody is currently at Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler, TX in ICU and will be moved to another room when he is ready and able.  As his wife has shared, Cody underwent surgery for his for his ankle Thursday evening, with screws and pins.  He is currently receiving further treatment for his injuries which consist of torn ligaments, broken ankle, a puncture which received staples, and significant abrasions.  Aside from his injuries, Cody is conscious, sitting up and by the grace of God still with us all today! As we anxiously await recovery, we realize this is only the beginning. Due to his condition Cody will be unable to return to work to provide for him and his family for a lengthy amount of time.  Insurance is in place and is being applied where available, but that doesn't cover close to all of the expenses which are accruing quickly. As family, a friend, or familiar face in the community we are coming together to help Cody, Kayla, and their beautiful daughter Tessa during this time of need.
