Padge Kelly 32 passed away on Thursday 30th May after a long battle with Motor Nurone which he bravely fought to the end, a battler, a warrior and a true inspiration to all who had the pleasure of meeting him. 

This go fund me page had been set up to raise funds to purchase a cough assist machine to donate to Tallaght  Hospital in Padge's  memory.
