Hunter's Birthday Suprise

Our son, Hunter, recently asked to fly on a plane, go to the ocean, and ride on a boat.  We have NO CLUE where he decided this from, but with such a specific request, we want to try and make it happen for his birthday (turns 4 in January).  Hunter has been a good big brother and deserves a reward and Hunter time.
          Like his cousin Meredith, Hunter also had a piggy bank which had quite a large sum of money in it for a little guy, but somebody took that money and never returned it, which probably would have been spent on Legos for him and his brother.
         Soooo that is where you come in.  We are trying to get whatever we can to give him a pretty awesome birthday present involving flying in a plane, seeing family in Flordia, seeing the ocean, going on a boat, and seeing rockets (Cape Canaveral).  (The goal amount is just a rough idea of what this will cost us for travel and hotel). We are looking to go in February because it is right after his birthday, cheap, and the weather is nice.  
          I will try and figure out these reward levels, but until then, if you have a reward level you can think of, let me know.
