Costs related to housefire

On Monday, July 17th, our kitchen caught on fire. Micky and Charity were at work at the time, and our oldest son, Jonny (15), was watching our littlest kiddos, Gabriel (6) and Jacob (4). Jonny had toaster waffles in the toaster oven and was sitting on the couch with his brothers, watching cartoons, when he started to smell smoke. Jonny ran to the kitchen to discover a small fire inside the toaster oven. He opened the door to the oven and it immediately erupted in flames. He was the bravest teenager ever and took his brothers out of the apartment and called 911. The firefighters were at our place in minutes and were able to put out the flames. The ceiling light was melted and hanging from the ceiling, the microwave was melted almost beyond recognition, the cabinets near the toaster oven were black and every possession of ours near the fire was gone.
The place, as you might imagine, reeked of smoke, and the firefighters had axed through some of the walls to ensure there was no damage inside the walls, as well as turned off the power to our apartment in whole. Since then - we have partial power restored to the apartment - although not in the kitchen (obviously) - not in the living room and not in our children's room. We have spent every day since cleaning walls, furniture - really every single surface, hoping to alleviate the smell of smoke. It's sort of working - but slow going.
We were informed today that the power will not be fully restored until the renovation of the kitchen is complete - which is about two or three weeks out. In just three days, we have wracked up over $1500 staying at a hotel the first night, and an AirBNB the last two nights. And that is what it will cost to stay outside of our home - $500 per night. Assuming we need to be out for 3 weeks (x$500) - we need $10,000. We will access all available options we have, personally, to cover some of these costs, but there is nowhere near $10,000 available to us.
We are humbly asking our family and friends if they might be able to assist - any small amount would be so much appreciated - to allow us to go to work each day - and keep a roof over our families head during this very difficult time.
Thank you in advance for your love and support. We are overwhelmed by this situation and feel awful even having to ask. If the situation was reversed - we hope everyone knows we would gladly help where we could.
