Hi my name is devin, my father Dana russell has just passed and this is for his funeral and memorial, for anyone who would like to help with that, my dad was a amazing man who knew so many people and had so many friends, I can’t remember a time we would go somewhere and not run into at least 4 people he knew, and for anyone who truly knew my father, he didn’t like to ask for help or take charity, but I would like to give him a decent memorial and funeral, if you’d like to help anything counts, no matter how small, it’s not expected just if you’d like to help, this took us all by surprise, he was taken to soon and the hospital is at fault, for they didn’t monitor him like they should have, his oxygen went to critical condition before they went to help and by then he was in cardiac arrest, and lost oxygen to his brain for 15 minutes, you lose brain cells and get severe brain damage after 6, they messed up, and as the result we lost a good man, I don’t really gotta tell some a long story to most of the people that knew him, but for the ones who don’t, he was a good man, and he has many loyal friends who can contest to how truly amazing of a soul he was, this has all been very hard, I had to make a call I never thought I’d have to make, I had to pull the plug so he didn’t sit and suffer, totally Brian dead for the rest of his life, if you knew my dad he didn’t want that, he wanted to pass to see old loved ones who passed before, he was ready, tho I do wish we had more time, I missed his last phone call, didn’t get to hear his voice for the last time, I wish he was able to hold his grandson, be there for my wedding, both will have to happen without him, but I know that stubborn old man will be watching over us all, this is my first time making one of these and I’m not really good at this kind of stuff, any money raised here will be used for his funeral and memorial expenses, I appreciate to who ever donates, bless your soul and a big thank you for your help.
