Costs of being away during treatment

Hi, my name is Sabrina and many of you know my friend Nicole as she was born and raised in Salida. Others may know her through her kids. She has been a devoted mom and an incredible friend. After experiencing some health issues she went in for a MRI on her brain That MRI showed an abnormality which is a tumor and that led to a referral to a neurosurgeon at UC Health Anschutz. Nicole had a biopsy done on her brainstem to determine the best course of treatment. As with any health battle comes many appointments and missed work. Nicole and Chris are back and forth between Denver these initial appointments and then will be for treatment. I am asking you to help this amazing family, even if it just your prayers. Thank you

4/22. Update....

Nicole and Chris met with oncologist in Denver and Colorado Springs and were recommended to do radiation and chemotherapy. This isn't Nicole's first option due to potential risks and side effects, so she's looking into alternative medicine with hopes that the tumor will shrink and completely disappear. But the cost is high, she is now looking at treatment out of state. And possibly several trips. Let's show Nicole and her family how much we love them! Thank you!!
