Costs for my service dog!

For years I have suffered PTSD and anxiety from abuse. I can barely go into public places on my own or sleep more than an hour at night from nightmares. I have debilitating panic attacks that have actually caused me to have a minor heart attack in the past.
To help deal with this I have sought out a service animal and was offered and chosen one from a veterans service. The puppy is donated but while in training he needs shots, vet checks and gear such as his vest. 1000 dollars is the cost of this all. Please help me :)
