Hi, I'm Corey and I am a student at Holyrood Academy. I have been offered an amazing opportunity to join an expedition in Costa Rica in 2027 with CAMPS international - an award winning organisation that leads ethical and sustainable school expeditions around the world. .

This opportunity will give me a once in a lifetime chance to experience the beautiful and biodiverse remote rainforest of Costa Rica, which will become my home during this exciting expedition.

This will not be a standard school trip, for 4 weeks I will...

This experience will help me grow as a person, broaden my understanding of the world and give me valuable skills I can use through out life, such as leadership, teamwork and resilience.

The cost and how you can help...

The total cost of the expedition is £5,520. This covers everything including travel (flights and in-country transfers), ongoing pre-expedition support, travel insurance, food, accommodation, adventure challenge (scuba dive and PADI qualifications), project costs, leader and staff costs, Camps t-shirt, orientation and language lessons, 24 hour emergency support.
