Cost of reconstructive nasal surgery

My name is Jennifer Huber, and about 2 years ago (next month) we became the owners of the cutest little retriever... we were so excite for this new addition to our family, but it didn't take long for him to prove that we made the wrong decoration. We gave him all the love we had to give. A great big yard, tire swing all the bells and whistles. We know that we are not the neighborhoods ideal neighbor but would still like to apologize to anyone living near us and thank you for putting up with us throughout his nightly barking spells and jumping the side fence to harass any of those on a bike or scooter and countless times the ups driver made a mad dash back to his truck. For all of this we owe you our most sincere apologies. We figured getting a privacy fence would help but it didn't deter him.

Today we are having Ofnir put down due to the fact that he is always going to be an aggressive dog no matter how much we love him or how much we try to work with him. I apologize to anyone he has ever kept up at night, chased or scared or hurt.

I'm the last one who will be paying the price. I've spared you most of the gory details of the non blurred picture, but will fill you in on what happened...

Ofnir bit me in the face for simply sitting on my bed next to him. This is the first time he has gone after me in this way, and honestly I can give you no reason why. He bit me repeatedly until he got off the entire right side of my nose, nostril and skin down to only some cartilage

I am currently on my way to grand rapids to meet with the plastics/reconstructive surgeon before I go in for surgery tomorrow... I don't have a clue as to what this is going to cost me out of pocket as my insurance was more renewed even tho I went thru all possible steps that I needed to. I'm sure it won't be cheap but any means, and I'm asking for your help. It goes beyond words how great full we would be to anyone that can help. Even a little could get me to my appointments. *UPDATE*

Just leaving my pre-surgical consultation and this will be a 3 to 4 surgery process. Tomorrow will be the first surgery which is a forehead flap (for anyone interested in what that is, google it). IVEFOUND OUT THE COST FOR THIS FIRST PROCEDURE IS $52,000... I'm also aware that having a go fund me for that amount is absurd for 2 reasons.. it is inconceivable to think that i am able to raise that amount of money, let alone having another 2 surgeries after that to pay for... I'm hoping my insurance goes retroactive  and helps cover majority of our all.. so I'm only asking for the minimum to help with the bare essentials of basic appts, travel, med supplies and any nedical bills i will be able to pay with that is left.  And like I mentioned.... ANYTHING will help and thank you so much
