Cosmo's (Secret) Vet Bill Fund!

 

Cosmo is a two-year-old Highland Lynx cat with the biggest heart of all time! Due to health complications from in-breeding and neglect from the original owners, Cosmo developed a severe ear infection and a chronic urinary blockage problem. Both issues require extensive treatment and expensive surgeries. The cost of his medications, vet visits, and prescription diet have already totaled to over $8,000, and this has only been the beginning of the expenses. The genital surgery procedure will cost around $10,000 and in this moment his loving parent really needs as much help as possible to raise that amount. Cosmo is such a special guy, and we will do whatever it takes to help him! His quality of life is good and he’s extremely loved and cared for, but the financial strain has caused a lot of anxiety and fear.

Cosmo loves to snuggle, and will sleep on his parent’s lap all night long. He loves to play fetch, do tricks, greet visitors at the door, and recently LEARNED TO PLAY THE PIANO. As you can see, he is one of a kind. Most importantly, he has brought his parent and their housemates immense joy and purpose during a very difficult year. Isolation, anxiety, financial hardship, and pandemic fatigue have been a challenge, but Cosmo has made every day brighter. He lights up the house for his whole family, and especially his parent.

He is young, and healthy otherwise, so it has been hard to watch him and his parent deal with these health issues. But, with the right treatments, which he will receive with enough funds, he will be able to live a long, beautiful life, and keep filling everyone’s lives with love.
