Our sweet 2 year old kitty Cosmo was viciously attacked by a dog, resulting in a broken jaw that cannot be fixed on one side and serious injury and infection. He has had two surgeries and will need extensive rehabilitation. The dog owner took off, leaving us with major vet bills.
