For those who don’t know my best friend (Brother) Cory Ramirez was diagnosed with colon cancer on 7/20/20. Anyone who knows Cory knows he constantly goes out of his way to help anybody in any way he can, and he never expects anything in return.
After seeing multiple doctors for stomach pain he was finally sent to a specialist to have a colonoscopy done, and found a malignant mass in his colon. Fortunately the cancer is stage 1. His doctor wants to remove the mass next week but we are unsure of the expenses of the surgery. Cory also has the possibility of having to do chemotherapy treatments depending on the results of the removal of the mass. Which could cost tens of thousands of dollars.
Also, unfortunately due to the Pandemic the oil field took a crash and he is currently out of a job which means he does not have medical insurance. The expenses that accompany surgery, treatment, and medications that Cory will need are far beyond Cory and his wife Alexis’ financial means.
If you feel Led to give, anything would be greatly appreciated. If you are not in a position to give we ask that you share this with others and keep Cory, his wife Alexis and his children in your prayers. We have faith that God is in control of Corys situation, and he will help Cory in this season of life.
