To all friends and family of Cory,

It breaks my heart to share this news, especially over social media—I truly wish I could speak to each of you personally. Cory’s biopsy results came back, and he has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer.

According to the neurosurgeon, the tumor may have been there for no more than one month. It’s extremely aggressive, and there was no way he could have known. Our only saving grace was that he began showing symptoms—what we originally thought was just a sinus infection—that led us to get answers.

We are absolutely heartbroken, but we are not giving up. Cory and I are fighters, and we know that with the strength of our love, his family, and all of his friends, we will face this together—as a unit. We believe in hope, in fight, and in the power of community. Please keep Cory in your hearts as we begin this journey.
