Sinopsis:

Después de enterarse de que su hijo adolescente se ha metido en una pelea en la escuela y ha sido suspendido, Arturo, un joven padre, debe dejar el trabajo para recogerlo. En el trayecto de regreso a casa, Arturo comienza a darse cuenta de que tal vez no conoce a su hijo tan bien como pensaba.

“¿Desde Cuándo Fumas?” Es un proyecto que nació de una memoria de mi infancia, y de ahí ha ido creciendo y creciendo a través de los años,hasta llegar a lo que es hoy. Sin duda hay un nivel de nervios asociado con exhibirse de esta manera, de contar una parte más íntima o vulnerable de mi juventud que no había compartido antes, por lo cual es sumamente importante para mí poder contar esta historia de la mejor manera posible, y para esto necesitamos de su ayuda. Siendo un corto independiente no contamos con todos los recursos necesarios para realizar este proyecto, por lo cual estamos pidiendo su apoyo en donaciones monetarias para poder cubrir costos de rodaje y contar con una producción de alta calidad.

Me siento muy emocionado y agradecido de contar con el equipo que se ha sumado a este proyecto. Aprecio mucho todas las donaciones que puedan aportar hacia este proyecto, cada peso cuenta y para nosotros es prioridad poder contar una historia genuina, que pueda resonar con el público.

Synopsis:

After learning that his teenage son has gotten into a fight at school and has been suspended, Arturo, a young father, must leave work to pick him up. As they drive back home, Arturo begins to realize that he may not know his son as well as he thought.

"Since when do you smoke?" Is a project that was born from a memory from my childhood, and from there it has grown and grown over the years, until it reached what it is today. There's certainly a level of nerves associated with putting yourself out there in this way, showing a more intimate or vulnerable part of my youth that I haven't shared before, which is why it's extremely important for me to be able to tell this story in the best way possible, and for this we need your help. Being an independent short film, we do not have all the necessary resources to carry out this project, which is why we are asking for your support in monetary donations to be able to cover filming costs and have a high-quality production.

I feel very excited and grateful with the team that has joined this project. I greatly appreciate all the donations you can contribute towards this project, every peso counts and for us it is a priority to be able to tell a genuine story that can resonate with the public.
