Cortland Roller Hockey Nationals
Donation protected
Division III Cortland Roller Hockey is heading to Nationals in Fort Myers, Florida. After receiving an alternate bid, the Cortland Red Dragons are ecstatic to attend, and have something to prove. Going in as underdogs in this tournament, we are hoping for your support in making this dream become a reality.
This is the first year SUNY Cortland has a Division III team (formally known as Division B) and getting the first alternate bid in our first ever season is a great accomplishment. Most of us being freshman, have never played together as a team, and to go on the rink and play the best against the best team in our division shocked the National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association. This showed the league that our record this season does not define how good we truly are.
Because we need to fly to Florida, this years national tournament will be a bit expensive. Your donation will help offset our travel costs, lodging, and registration fees. Any and all support you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
We invite you to come watch us compete in Fort Myers,, Florida and cheer our team to victory. Thanks for your support!
